TOVA LOVE KAPLAN

Tova Love Kaplan, is a Harvard student from Chicago, Illinois. She is a three time winner of the We The Future contest, is the national Youth Director of Constituting America, and runs the Youth Advisory Board. She is passionate about inspiring young people to know and use their Constitutional rights.
