Constituting America Planned Giving
Constituting a Legacy
Will you join them in designating Constituting America as a beneficiary in your will?
What better way to create a living memorial of your life and continue to help educate the next generation on our country’s founding principles, than to name Constituting America as a beneficiary in your will? You are entitled to an unlimited number of chartable bequests in your estate. By designating Constituting America as a recipient of even a small part of your estate, you will continue to help those in need.
As a founding member of Constituting America’s U.S. Constitution Legacy Society, you will be featured on our website as Tom, Cathy and Jill are above, as well as be eligible for special dinners and conference calls with Constituting America leadership and scholars. But most of all, you will receive the satisfaction of knowing you are helping sustain our Constitution education programs for years to come.
The following are choices for joining the Constituting America U.S. Constitution Legacy Society:
Bequest:
Charitable Remainder Trust:

Life Estate:
Gift your home to Constituting America while living in it for life. This arrangement enables you to enjoy life in your home, while receiving an immediate tax deduction, and making a substantial charitable gift.
