    1st amendment is soo clear and obvious that even the liberal SCOTUS justice, professional politician or bureaucrat could understand, unless they willfully seek ignorance due to predetermined worldviews. No wonder Justice Scalia was merciless with some of the opions offered by his colleagues.

    Booyah to our Founding Fathers and their wisdom and simply boo to those who reject or try to supplant it with revisionist ideology.
