Deepak Dinesh

Deepak Dinesh is a junior at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, pursuing a major in Business with a concentration in Business Analytics. Deepak is passionate about the dynamic intersection of digital marketing and data analytics. He is also a student-athlete, competing as part of WPI’s men’s soccer team in the NEWMAC conference. Beyond academics and athletics, Deepak is actively involved in Model United Nations and will be serving as a staff member at the National Model UN conference in New York in 2025. With a drive to explore the power of data in shaping business decisions, Deepak is aspiring to build a career as a data analyst. Originally from India and raised in Dubai, Deepak loves exploring new cities and hopes to live in multiple countries throughout his career.

How did you hear about the contest?

What inspired your work?
I wanted to learn more about the U.S. Constitution and the history of the amendments.

What did you learn about the U.S. Constitution while creating your entry?
I learned about the dates, background, and historical events related to the 27 amendments to the U.S. Constitution

How do you plan to spread the word this year to your peers about the importance of the U.S Constitution?
I plan to spread the word through the Social Science and Policy Studies department and the Model United Nations program at my university.

Which U.S. historical site would you like to visit?
I would love to visit the Statue of Liberty

What are your career plans?
I plan to obtain a Master’s in Data Science and pursue a career as a Data Analyst

How do you spend your free time?
I like to play soccer and travel in my free time.

Why is the Constitution relevant today?
The U.S. Constitution remains relevant today as the foundation for American law, individual rights, and government structure, enabling it to guide modern legal and social issues. Its adaptability through amendments and a system of checks and balances helps it address contemporary challenges while preventing abuses of power.
