Coriana Aber

Hi! I am Coriana Aber (or Cori as most people call me). I am fifteen years old from Ashland, Ohio, and I am homeschooled. I currently participate in art and writing classes. I am the fourth of six children in my family. I have always been the creative middle child. I love all kinds of arts and crafts and want to pursue a career in the arts. I am a proud member of American Heritage Girls Troop 2517. I also enjoy being with my four cats, spending time with friends, and playing video games with my siblings.

Was this the first time you entered the contest?
Yes, it was my first time entering the contest.

How did you hear about the contest?
I heard about the contest through American Heritage Girls.

What inspired your work?
Learning about the US Constitution and understanding its importance

What did you learn about the U.S. Constitution while creating your entry?
I read the Constitution for the first time because of this project, and I learned about its influence and importance to America.

How do you plan to spread the word this year to your peers about the importance of the U.S Constitution?
By sharing my PSA and sharing my knowledge on the Constitution.

Which U.S. historical site would you like to visit?
The Washington Monument

What are your career plans?
I plan to be an Artist

How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy crocheting, knitting, drawing, and playing with my cats.

Why is the Constitution relevant today?
It is relevant because it is America’s foundational document.
